tThe Descorchados Wine Fair took place at the Alaia Hotel in Pichilemu, Chile’s sixth region, offering a sunset and beach-inspired edition. Award-winning wineries from the Descorchados 2023 Guide participated, alongside guest chef Marcos Baeza, who recently opened his restaurant Fukasawa. Viña Morandé was present, showcasing its finest wines.
